Potential Customer Estimator

Estimate how many customers fit your ideal profile — then translate that into revenue potential. Use B2B for company counts, B2C for households/consumers. All assumptions are editable.

Shortcut presets:

If you enter a Known # Target Businesses, the tool uses it directly. Otherwise it estimates: Businesses ≈ Population × (Density per 1,000). Adjust density to fit your industry reality.

About these estimates

This tool gives directional estimates to guide strategy. For precision, replace assumptions with verified counts from sources like Statistics Canada, the U.S. Census, industry associations, or your CRM.

Total Addressable Market (TAM) Calculator

Estimate your total annual revenue opportunity. (TAM = potential customers × annual revenue per customer)

Tip: If you enter ARPA, the calculator ignores seats × price and uses ARPA directly.

What this is (and isn’t)

TAM is the theoretical annual revenue if you captured 100% of your target market. It’s a sizing tool for strategy and investor conversations—not a forecast. For planning, you’ll usually layer SAM (what you can reach) and SOM (what you can realistically win next).
